BERLIN, GERMANY, September 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- At IFA NEXT 2026, Astrall Dynamics brought its mass-produced industrial quadruped robots — the Hypertron-SW01 inspection platform and the Hypertron-T01 heavy duty work platform — for onsite demonstration. Purpose built for distinct field missions, the two finished products illustrate the industry shift from demo-oriented stunts toward practical real world industrial operations.

Astrall Dynamics is located at Hall 25, Stand H25111. A clear shift is underway among industrial buyers: rather than chasing eye catching paper-based specifications, customers now prioritise seamless workflow integration, reliable performance under harsh conditions, and tangible operational value.

Hypertron-SW01: Mid-tier platform for routine inspection missions The Hypertron-SW01 is designed for frequent condition monitoring tasks across power generation sites, substations, manufacturing plants and industrial campuses. Equipped with inhouse developed radial flux motors, it strikes a balanced trade-off of performance, endurance and total cost for inspection-focused deployments.
Capable of traversing staircases, uneven terrain and mixed indoor/outdoor environments, the robot carries out scheduled inspection runs across large volumes of checkpoints. It can be fitted with visible light cameras, thermal imagers, gas detectors and acoustic anomaly detection units to generate timestamped, structured inspection datasets.

The robot automates repetitive data collection workflows to free human operators for high value work including fault analysis, diagnosis and response. It acts as a human assisting tool and is not intended to replace skilled onsite personnel. Hypertron-T01: Heavy-duty platform for high-risk complex environment operations Built around proprietary inhouse axial flux motors and adaptive joint control algorithms, the HypertronT01 targets scenarios with restricted or hazardous human access, covering fire, emergency support, disaster response and heavy industry workloads.

At IFA, Astrall Dynamics exhibits its joint detect-and-suppress fire response solution co-developed with fire safety specialist Volla. Built upon the T01 heavy load chassis, the integrated system features a 17.5 kg purpose built water cannon delivering ≥60 m effective jet range, maximum flow rate ≥21 L/s and 1.6 MPa working pressure. Operators can remotely trigger precision cooling and incipient fire suppression from a safe standoff distance.

Under defined test conditions, the T01 achieves a dynamic payload capacity of up to 80 kg. Astrall Dynamics emphasises that real world engineering value lies not in this standalone figure, but in the robot’s ability to retain full stability, mobility and remote controllability while carrying functional mission hardware. It dynamically compensates for shifting centre of gravity on debris strewn, wet and uneven ground. Functioning as a force multiplier for first-response teams, the robot undertakes close proximity high risk assignments and lowers human exposure to extreme heat, heavy smoke and structural collapse hazards. Its modular payload interface supports further configurations including environmental sensing suites, material transport kits and industrial maintenance tools.

Inhouse technology stack and ecosystem driven European go to market Core assemblies including joint units, motion control algorithms, long-range low-latency video transmission and flexible payload interfaces are fully developed inhouse. The axial flux motor on T01 unlocks heavy duty performance, while SW01 adopts radial flux motors optimised for inspection requirements. Instead of prioritising lab bench benchmarks alone, Astrall Dynamics engineers for dependable real world performance with third party mission payloads mounted.
